Hi,
Running latest version & build, but I have a recurring problem with notes being "lost" or disappearing. The title of the note remains, but the content vanishes, sometimes after days/weeks.
This appears to be random - can't put my finger on it.
Is there any way to retrieve such "lost" notes?

The notes are saved in plain text format in the folder My Documentsquicknote as files quicktmp.xyz where xyz is the note number.
Please check whether these files are still there and try to open them with Notepad to see their content.
If these files were not deleted by any "disk cleaning program" I cannot know how they could have vanished. | Al

Believe it or not, this is still happening.
Is there any way I can restore the content of previously saved notes, since "My Documents/Quicknote" folder now only contains zero kb filesizes?

Sorry for the inconvenience! I have no idea how and in which circumstances this can happen.
If you have a backup yes, just exit Quicknoe completely and replace the files from your backup. Alternatively, if you have Windows Vista, 7 or 8 Professional, you can restore previous versions of this folder from the shadow copies.
