can an option be made to include the quicknote title in the search function as well as the note text?

Do you have that many notes and that few categories that you need to search for them to find the title?

You can right click on a category to sort the notes in that category alphabetically - maybe this helps in finding the note quickly.

18-02-2011 (17:16) 		I too have that many notes: today, 45 of which 38 are in 3 categories. Very often I have trouble reading the text too (migraine / ??dyslexia related), so scanning down the list can be tricky, even after sorting A-Z. (+ Even after adjusting the font.)

Would it also be possible to have function for finding text across all notes - anywhere within QN?

this is already possible. Just activate "Search in all Quicknotes" in the search window.
