Very small feature, a function that would automatically submit a timestamp at the selected place in the notes. Such as holding Ctrl+Shift+Key in order to print the current date/time.
Why would I want that feature to exist? Mainly because I enjoy writing my thoughts, my ideas, and I enjoy going past in the time to see the progress I've done, the evolution of my ideas, concepts, how they ended up, evolved.
I understand that entering the date/time manually is quite easy and fast but to me, Quicknote is a software meant to improve the ergonomy of the user and I feel that an automatic function would be saving crucial time.

Hi,
I absolutely agree with your point, that's why the requested feature is already integrated into Quicknote!
The hotkey is F5, or via the context menu: Paste -> Date and time. |
